Hi i'm new and found this community via username=nyxie.
I independently started my own diet called the No C diet, because a lot of the foods/drinks I enjoy begin with C - chocolate, coke, coffee, cream, candy etc.
It's nice to hear of this community.
Oh and about me = 26, female, lacks motivation when it comes to exercise (but i'm planning to try lap swimming 2-3 days a week). I work full time at the moment, but from February - who knows when I will be working 4 days a week and studying 2 nights a week. I'm going to have a very full schedule. I will have to very careful with what I eat and try to avoid picking up take away and eating on the run. I live with my partner and two dogs.
Hmm. So we have this nice little community here that no one has used. Anyone object to me mentioning it in a few places where folks would be interested? Err... appropriately, of course. No spamming. ;)
And while I'm here, I'd might as well introduce myself. Hi, I'm Candice. I'm 26 and am about 10 lbs over my goal weight right now. I have a hard time sticking to NoS, but when I do, I find the weight comes off easily enough on its own. I like to keep active and have a new gym membership coming my way later this week.
I heard about NoS from my partner, mendel
