I independently started my own diet called the No C diet, because a lot of the foods/drinks I enjoy begin with C - chocolate, coke, coffee, cream, candy etc.
It's nice to hear of this community.
Oh and about me = 26, female, lacks motivation when it comes to exercise (but i'm planning to try lap swimming 2-3 days a week). I work full time at the moment, but from February - who knows when I will be working 4 days a week and studying 2 nights a week. I'm going to have a very full schedule. I will have to very careful with what I eat and try to avoid picking up take away and eating on the run. I live with my partner and two dogs.

I know how you feel with the 'eating on the run' part. Between work, school, and personal life, sometimes it feels like I don't have time for a good meal! I try to combat that with easy to prepare stuff, like salads, veggie burgers, healthy sandwiches, and that sort of thing. Doesn't always work, though. ;)
